Cassie is an abbreviation for Cassiopeia and her AKC registered name is taken from the last line in the poem "The Old Astronomer" by Sarah Williams: "God will mercifully guide me on my way amongst the stars." Cassie passed her Canine Good Citizen test at eight-months-old. She's the most obedient dog I've ever had and I love taking her places because she's always so well behaved. She's also silly and playful and loving. Cassie won Best Female, Best of Breed, Group 1 and went to the Best in Show ring for her very first show! She has beautiful movement and charmed the judge with her joyful personality. She finished her UKC Championship at her second show and we have high hopes for her performance in agility. She loves to jump! Cassie is 25" tall and weighs about 55 pounds. Her health testing results are posted on the OFA website.
